Using Keenie

Keenie is software for Windows that helps you keep track of your work. By installing it or using the website demo, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a contract where you live.

Recording and reading

You decide what Keenie reads and records. You are responsible for getting any consent the law or your employer requires, including from people on a call or in a room, and for following your workplace's rules.

AI makes mistakes

Keenie uses AI models and speech recognition. It can miss things, get them wrong, or misjudge a date. It shows you the source so you can check. Don't rely on it alone for anything that matters.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are $24 a month, or $11 a month with your own AI key, billed monthly in US dollars by Lemon Squeezy as seller of record. You can cancel any time, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds: [refund policy].

The $24 plan includes fair use of AI each month. Past it Keenie keeps working, and Ask uses a smaller context.

The free trial lasts 30 days, or until it has read about 40 hours of meetings and 500 chats and emails and answered about 50 messages to Keenie, whichever comes first. These amounts are estimates of the trial's fair-use limit, which is measured in AI cost. We may limit trials per network and end the trial programme when its budget runs out.

Your own key

If you use your own AI key, you pay that provider directly and their terms apply.

Your content

Your content stays yours. We claim no rights over it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Keenie to record or read people unlawfully, to break the law, or to attack, overload or resell the service.

No warranty

Keenie is provided as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will say so on this page. You can stop using Keenie at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
